The biggest planet in the solar system represents large organizations and their activities. In two decades of my career, I worked with many companies and got a chance to visit many companies’ premises. During these periods some companies become very big and some are closed. I studied many companies' balance sheets and financial statements, and read and write many things related to financial and business points of view.
When I started learning astrology, I found that planetary influence is not only related to individuals, but it also affects company culture. A strong Jupiter indicates a positive culture while a weak Jupiter indicates a poor culture of the organization.
Below are some points which I observed in my career for weak and inauspicious Jupiter in the organization:
- An intelligent and talented person (Jupiter and Mercury) has no value in the organization and flatterers and sycophants (Rahu) are being promoted.
- Talented persons are forced to work under sycophants (Rahu). Jupiter and Rahu are enemies, and Jupiter can never work below Rahu, so such a person prefers to leave the organization.
- Top management takes interest only in their luxury. (Rahu starts entering the organization and slowly starts replacing Jupiter)
- Incompetent seniors, who are unable to provide any guidance to their team members. (Only Jupiter can provide direction)
- Bad food quality and no one is taking care of that even after multiple complaints. (Jupiter indicates quality and sattvic food)
When debt is increasing and profitability is decreasing (the malefic effect of Jupiter starts coming), top management is unable to implement good strategies (only Jupiter can make good strategies), and they prefer to fire their competent employees rather than reduce expenditure on their luxuries (Rahu does not want to compromise with his comfort).
Slowly, Jupiter starts moving out from such an organization. Jupiter provides direction, when Jupiter is disappeared people take wrong decisions. When decisions start going wrong, they become angry and eccentric (Rahu).
Gradually the pace of work starts slowing down and after some time everything starts freezing up (Saturn freezes everything) and the legal process starts for the liquidation of the company. (Rahu and Saturn are very close to each other, where Rahu comes entry of Saturn is certain after some time. Like, Rahu gives liquor and Saturn gives death.)
