In India people like to start anything with ‘2’ and then the multiple of ‘2’. The symbol of ‘2’ invokes the energy of Jupiter as this number corresponds to the symbol 
of Jupiter. This indicates that we should always start with the positive energy of Jupiter when we start something new. Therefore, when we have food, we always first take two chapatis and seek the blessings of Lord Brihaspati. The even number ‘2’ means the continuation of the process and thus indicates expansion.
